Observed water accumulation on the bottom of a cooler on the main service line and a wiping cloth being used to absorb the excess moisture. CA: Equipment must be maintained in a state of good repair. COS: No COS noted at this time. The facility will have the cooler serviced. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.

Observed an accumulation of used cooking oil/ grease on the ground next to the grease storage receptacle in the dumpster area. CA: Waste storage receptacles and the surrounding areas must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent a buildup of soil or becoming attractants for insects and rodents. COS: No COS noted at this time. The facility will have the area cleaned and ensure that the cooking oil/ grease receptacle does not contain leaks. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.
