Corrective Action: PIC was notified and dishwasher was placed out of service and they began using only the 3-compartment sink. After PIC spoke with the company who services their dishwasher, they recommended replacing the jug of sanitizer. After PIC replaced the old container, the machine tested at 50 ppm. Out of order sign was removed. PIC will monitor the dishwasher and test it regularly to ensure it is properly functioning.
