Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)2 - kitchen and tableware, properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had knives, spoons, and forks stored in a way that the food/lip contact surfaces could be touched. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all tableware is stored upside down so that only the handle can be touched.
