Observed two large containers with shrimp as well as two containers with oysters being stored uncovered in kitchen walk in cooler at the time of this inspection. COS: Items covered. CA: All food shall be stored covered to avoid vertical contamination.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Observed facility did not have quat sanitizer test strips at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility shall provide means for testing sanitizer concentration.
