Observed at the time of this inspection that back door exit was not closing flush and allowed light to come through top right door frame and the bottom area as well as through unsealed hole where old handle used to be on left door panel. CA: All doors and exits leading to the outdoors shall be installed and maintain as to keep pests from entering the facility.

Observed that two bags of tortellini were being stored uncovered in a chest freezer in the kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager covered food items. CA: All TCS food items shall be stored in closed bags/covered to prevent vertical contamination.

Hood filters were found covered in grease on the hood system and dripping on the floor at the time of this inspection.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility drink machine displayed significant buildup on a food contact surface. COS: Management had the surface cleaned and sanitized. CA: Management stated that staff will be trained to clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces associated with the drink machine as often as necessary to provide sanitary conditions.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility did not have a thermometer located inside of the bar reach in cooler. CA: Management stated that they would acquire an internal thermometer for the bar reach in cooler and use it to monitor internal temperatures.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the hand-sink located in the bar could not supply hot water. CA: Management stated that they will have repairs made to this specific hand sink and will require the bar employee to wash hands at any other sink properly supplied with hot water.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility did not have a covered trash can in the uni sex bathroom. CA: Management stated that a covered trash can will be supplied to all restrooms visited by women.
