The front service handwashing sink is being used as a dump sink. CA: Handwashing sinks must be used for handwashing only. The person in charge was informed and instructed not to use it as a dump sink. Because a dump sink is needed, management must submit a plan to install a dedicated dump sink in the front service area to the health authority via the provided email/contact information.

Observed food employees with a watch and a bracelet on wrist. No more than a wedding band on the finger and wrist.

Observed several food items in front service display cooler not held at 51°F or below. The range of the foods was 50°F to 51°F; the concerned foods were milk, ham sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, and yogurt. All time/temperature controls for safety foods shall be 41°F or below for cold holding. The person in charge was informed all TCS food shall be maintained at 41°. COS all concerned foods were discarded.

Food employees were observed without proper hair restraint as required. Visor, cap, and hairnet are allowed.

The sanitizer concentration in the wiping cloth containers was too low less than 100 ppm. Ensure the wiping cloth containers are changed frequently to maintain the concentration between 200 ppm to 400 ppm.

No inspection displayed at drive thru. Post at least top portion of this inspection report at drive thru.

Observed boxes of single service items stored on the floor at the front service. Ensure all single service items are 6 inches off the floor.

The front service displayed cooler shall be serviced since the ambient is 49°F. It cannot maintain TCS Foods at 41°F or bellow.

The dumpster door was open. keep dumpster lids and the door closed.

All food handlers must utilize effective hair restraints. Hair properly restrained.

Observed food handlers with rings, watch on hands. Food handlers may only wear a smooth metallic band type ring on wrists/hands. Corrected.

No nail extensions or polish allowed to be used by food handlers.

Provided handwash notice for front line hand sink.

Observed single service cup being used as scoop. Do not reuse single service items. Provide proper scoop for use in Van. Velvet powder. Cup disposed.

New recycle grease dumpster by rear door must be relocated onto concrete or asphalt surface. Correct by 7/14/24.

Observed both doors to dumpster open. Keep dumpster lids and doors closed.

observed employee reusable cup stored on counter next to single service lids. CA: employee drinks must be in a disposable, single service cup with lid and straw, stored separable and bellow food and food prep areas. Cos: reusable cup was moved to employee office.

Hand washing sink not supplied with soap. CA: Each hand washing shall be provided with supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap. COS: Dish Soap has been used as substitute for hand soap and moved to the hand washing sink.

observed all-purpose cleaner spread bottles stored on window next to counter of syrup bottles. CA: chemical must be stored separated. COS: All-purpose cleaner spread bottle was moved to chemical shelf in main kitchen.

Observed hand lotion, lotion bottles on the top of the ice machine in the main kitchen. COS: lotion bottles were moved to employee office.

observed employees reusable bottles, keys, wallets on counter at front service. Employees must use office to store their belongings.
