An informal inspection will occur on 1/15/26 to verify that item 4-2B (ice machine) has been corrected. Failure to correct violation may result in a permit suspension. Note: Ensure foods are cooled using appropriate methods such as using smaller containers, storing food loosely covered/uncovered, using ice baths. Note: Foods on time control should only be labeled with one time control period at a time. Note: Clean utensils may not be towel-dried. Food Code updates discussed with person in charge. (C) Corrective Actions: Wiping cloths were submerged in sanitizer solutions.//
