Observed combined ready-to-eat potentially hazardous food held more than 24 hours not date marked according to earliest date of opening/preparation; multiple items (chicken, steak) observed in a facility reach-in unit that had been previously prepared at an unspecified time; consultation with PIC revealed that the items in question had been 1-day prior at an existing permitted establishment (Tinoco's TNT I); consulted with PIC on ensuring time/temperature controlled for safety items prepared with the facility and held for more than 24 hours comply with the date marking requirements of the Georgia Food Code; an employee applied date markers to all items in question.
