Observed a working chemical spray bottle with an unidentifiable clear liquid inside in the prep area. PIC was advised to keep all chemicals labeled with a common name.

Observed a box of frozen bread stored on the floor of the walk in freezer.

Observed clear food containers wet nesting. PIC was advised to allow food equipment to air dry completely before stacking.
