Arrived at Senior center the same time as the food delivery from Area Council on Aging- the received food both Hot and Cold were out of proper temperature control parameters. Hot hold temps were below 135 see temp logs below and the cold hold temps were all above 50 degrees also out of normal range (see temp log below). COS staff immediately place cold hold items in freezer for rapid chill and placed the hot items in the oven to reheat to proper temperatures.
