Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Upon inspection inside of drink machine nozzles built up. Also observed build up on ice machine nozzel. COS: Cleaned upon notifying.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Floors in dining room observed several loose and popping up. Floors need to be fixed and or replaced in a timely manner due to this being a tripping hazard for patrons.
