Observed stainless steel hotel pans stacked in clean storage rack with food residue on them. The found pans were moved to dirty side of dish machine.
Facility needs to ensure that pans and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Observed water leaking around dish machine, possibly from water softener.
