Observed the following temperatures exceeding 120F: Room 205: 130F sink, 129F bathtub Room 210: 134F sink, 130F bathtub Room 219: 133F sink, 132F bathtub Room 301: 129F sink, 127F bathtub Room 318: 134F sink, 130F bathtub Room 322: 134F sink, 133F bathtub
Hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. PIC needs to turn down hot water heater
24 - openings to outside and physical facilities protected by tight-fitting doors, screening, or other means
Regulation: 511-6-2-.13(3) - insect and rodent control-openings
Observed exit door at the end of the hallway on the first floor not tight fitting with gaps present at the bottom. Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. PIC needs to install weather stripping
25 - floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors clean, and in good repair; appropriate for location and operation

Observed holes in the wall and busted up sections of tile flooring in the laundry room. Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. PIC needs to have holes in floor and wall repaired
33 - housekeeping carts and storage areas maintained; clean/sanitized items protected from contamination

Observed an unlabeled water bottle containing cleaning chemicals on a housekeeping cart on the first floor. Spray bottles and working containers of chemicals stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with their contents
