Upon arrival for routine inspection, observed staff eating at prep table. Staff shall not eat in food service areas. Establish a "staff break" area for eating. COS.

ob served non-durable not easily cleanable materials (tin foil, tape for plug holes in WIC) being used as repair or shields. Utilize durable, smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable materials for covering or repairing equipment. Correct by 8/30/25.
