Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed employee wipe countertops of food prep areas with towel from sanitizer bucket reading at 0ppm. Sanitizer buckets beneath espresso machines were also reading at 0ppm. CA: Sanitizer concentration to follow manufacturer recommendation (150-400ppm). COS: PIC remade sanitizers to correct level and re-sanitized counters.
12B - personal cleanliness

Observed employee wearing a bracelet while preparing drinks in main service area. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: PIC had employee remove bracelet.

Observed no food service permit posted in facility. CA: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. PIC notified to obtain new permit from health department.
