Observed employee not wash hands after being on the phone and proceeded to put gloves on. C/A: Wash hands when changing tasks. Retrain staff on proper handwashing.

Observed clean dishes stored with residue on them on dish rack and at drink station. COS- dishes were washed and sanitized C/A: Clean. Allow dishes to be properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried to prevent contamination.
