Observed containers of chicken (1/10/26) and ham (1/10/26) stored past use by dates. C/A: Monitor date markings and ensure food items are properly discarded.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed the utensil improperly stored in a container of Cole Slaw. C/A: Ensure when storing with food, utensil handles are above the food and the container.

Observed wet nesting of clean dishes. C/A: Allow dishes to properly air dry before stacking.
