2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed a water hose was inside of the hand washing sink at the bar. A hand washing sink shall only be used for hand washing. Corrective Actions: The water hose was removed from sink.

2-2D: .06(2)(o) Observed the hot water at the bar hand washing sink was not turned on. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Employee turned on the hot water to the hand washing sink.

2-2D: .07(3)(b)Observed the hand washing sink at the bar did not have a drying provision. A driving provision shall be supplied at all hand washing sinks. Corrective Actions: Employee supplied the hand washing sink with paper towels.

12D: .04(4)(g)Observed raw fish stored in the vegetable sink. Observed avocados being cut with the stickers affixed to them. Raw fruits and vegetables shall be thoroughly washed in water, in a sink designated for that purpose only, to remove soil and other contaminants before being cut, combined with other ingredients, cooked, served, or offered for human consumption in ready-to-eat form. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Employee removed fish from the vegetable sink. Sink was cleaned accordingly. Employee discarded avocados.

Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. (C) Corrective Actions: Personal items were relocated to an approved area.
