A filming crew had just finished using the facility for a movie at the start of inspection. Due to the filming, no foods were chopped, sliced, cooked, nor served during the inspection. At the time of inspection, the owner was the only one present. No food employee was present. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Ensure lids are placed on top of trash cans. Violation will be marked accordingly on next routine inspection. Facility is selling homemade pies for the holidays. According to owner, who was present during inspection, pies will be prepped and baked in the facility. Bathrooms were painted. Paint used for bathrooms is approved. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Repeat violations may result in permit suspension.
