Observed open beverage containers on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils in the main kitchen area. CA: Store in designated area for employee beverages. COS: Cups were discarded.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed a handwashing sink was being used for other purposes other than handwashing with a drink and a dish brush in the sink in main kitchen area. CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Items were removed from hand sink; discussed ensuring hand sinks are only used for hand washing.

Observed reach in coolers, grill prep area, and cabinets at trash can in need of cleaning. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. All areas shall be thoroughly cleaned.
