Observed bulk ice machine chute and white flap with heavy build-up of mold-like substance; observed self-service ice machine chute with build-up as well. CA PIC instructed to increase cleaning frequency to prevent build-up from occurring.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - storage, separation (p)
Observed employee vape cartridge being stored on prep table next to meat that was actively being prepped. CA PIC instructed to keep all chemical and employee storage away from food service/surface area to prevent contamination. COS PIC removed vape from prep table.

Observed container of mozzarella balls stored in 2 door reach-in kitchen with a manufactures date of expiration as 11/29/25. PIC informed that items are kept under refrigeration and not frozen. COS PIC discarded container.
