Heavy ice build-up in walk-in freezer; Walk-in cooler line/fan broken causing ambonet temp to be 50 degrees in unit. PIC stated that service order has been placed. Most items in walk-in cooler are sauces, waters/sodas, and items thawing. Pic stated and provided date-marking to show potentially hazardous foods* were just prepped at 9:30am. Because items are sill cooling and items beiong thawed were under 41 degrees no temperature violation noted. PHF* items were moved to under-counter serving-line cooler for remainder of cooling and some items were items stamped for 4 hours due to heavy food turnover. Service tach MUSt service unit within 10 days or closure will be needed for sufficient cold-holding space. Email service invoice once completed.
