Observed 3 boxes of raw bacon (1 box open) and 2 boxes of pork chops above shrimp, pan of lobster tails, and salmon in walk in cooler. CA:PIC instructed to follow and maintain proper storage order to prevent contamination of food items. COS:PIC moved boxes to designated area.
