OBSERVED HOT WATER IN ROOMS 201 AND 227 EXCEEDING 120 DEGREES F. WATER IN ROOM 201 TEMPED AT 143 F AND WATER IN ROOM 227 TEMPED AT 150 F. THIS IS A HAZARD. HOT WATER IN ALL GUEST ROOMS SHALL NOT EXCEED 120 F

NO PAPERWORK ON-SITE TO SHOW THAT THE ANNUAL GAS-FIRED INSPECTION HAS OCCURED. THE GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT INSPECTION MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SHOW AT ALL TIMES, COPIES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO THE FRONT-DESK STAFF. ALL GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT MUST BE INSPECTED BY A QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR
9 - food offered in compliance with tourist accommodation permit or food service permit; appropriate bed and breakfast or continental breakfast operations and menu; proper food temperatures; handwashing and no bare hand contact

KITCHEN OBSERVED TO BE SEVERELY NEGLETED CONDITION WITH ROTTING PRODUCE AND MOLD OBSERVED IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS. SEE FOOD SERVICE INSPECTION REPORT FOR FURTHER DETAILS
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

OBSERVED COUCHES IN ROOMS 228 AND 229 TO BE HEAVILY STAINED AND IN NEED OF CLEANING. OBSERVED THE CHAIR IN ROOM 213 IN THE SAME CONDITION. OBSERVED DAMAGED NIGHT STANDS IN ROOMS 221 AND 228. ALL FURNITURE MUST BE KEPT CLEANED AND IN GOOD REPAIR AT ALL TIMES
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

OBSERVED THE LIGHTING IN THE TUB AREA IN ROOM 228 TO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE LIGHTING. 3 OF THE LIGHT BULBS WERE BURNT OUT. THEY MUST BE REPLACED FOR THE AREA TO BE PROPERLY LIGHTED
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

OBSERVED DAMAGE TO THE WALL BELOW THE SINK IN ROOM 213 AND 221, OBSERVED A DIRTY SHOWER AND TUB IN ROOM 227, WATER DAMAGE TO SINK CABINET IN ROOM 228. ALL TOILET/LAVATORY/BATHING FACILIY FIXTURES MUST BE MAINTAINED AND KEPT CLEAN AND IN GOOD REPAIR
17 - proper ventilation; no sign of mold, mildew, odors or moisture

OBSERVED VENT FANS IN ALL ROOMS INSPECTED TO HAVE HEAVY DUST ACCUMULATED ON THEM. ALL VENT FANS MUST BE CLEANED TO ALLOW FOR PROPER VENTILATION
32 - separate, structurally sound, clean, and in good repair: dryers vented and adequate lighting

OBSERVED THE LIGHTING IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM TO BE VERY DIM AND NOT GOOD. LAUNDRY FACILITY MUST BE ADEQUATELY LIGHTED AT ALL TIMES
