Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Tong handles resting in fries on steam table. Employee removed tongs during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Mold like substance behind ice chute at drive through.

High Priority - Employee ate or drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee ate with gloves hands and then began handling a bag of fries without washing hands or changing gloves. Discussed with employee, employee removed gloves and washed hands. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Build up of mold like substance/residues on drive through soda nozzles.

Intermediate - Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Dispenser by drive through missing batteries. Batteries replaced during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. In dry storage.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand wash sink in back of restaurant. Manager restocked. Corrected On-Site
