The establishment was supplied with Time as a Public Health Control paperwork and the employee time marked the butter. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. In the cook line cooler, a cut avocado with the sticker still attached stored in a pan. The employee removed the sticker and washed the outside of the avocado. Corrected On-Site
