High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In kitchen hot box, fried chicken (121F - Hot Holding). Per manager in box approximately 1 hr. Chicken removed to oven to reheat above 165F. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
