High Priority - Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. -Observed at 8:36 a.m. container with soup cooling in walking cooler at 62F. Per operator, soup has been cooling since overnight. Soup did not cooler from 135F to 41F in 6 hours. See stop sale.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
