High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hot dog (106F - Hot Holding) in the hot dog hot holding unit at the front counter. The operator stated the hot dogs were placed in the holding unit approximately 1 hour. The operator stated the hot dogs are brought to an internal temperature of 165F prior to placing in the hot holding unit. Corrective Action Taken
