Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the walk in cooler there are 5 eight ounce portions of grouper fully thawed inside commercially reduced oxygen packages that are marked remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration.
