Operator asked to place items in cooler that is able to maintain temperature of 41F and below to chill foods. Also, sliced provolone cheese, raw beef (60F-63F - Cold Holding) in in drawers below grill. Employee stated the drawer was opened during lunch. Operator stated she will ensure drawers stay closed.
