Intermediate - Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Operator had bucket of liquid waste stored outside MFDV and when inquired about where it gets disposed of operator pointed to sewer drain in parking lot. Discussed with operator that waste cannot be dumped down that sewer drain. Operator dumped bucket of waste into a large trash can that belongs to MFDV. Corrected On-Site
