Basic - Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in walk-in cooler. Observed light out in walk-in freezer. Operator stated that they had the freezer service and the light was repaired but it has since gone out. It was further assessed and determined it would be a more extensive repair.
