High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hot dogs at 51F at low boy reach in cooler at counter. Per operator, items not prepared or portioned today, items removed from freezer to thaw on counter at 9:00 and placed inside reach in cooler at approximately 10am items out of temperature for approximately 1 hour. Operator placed inside back on cooler to drop temperature.

Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed build up of food debris on prep counter door handles at back kitchen prep.
