High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked temperature of chicken salad 45°f ham loaf 44°f stored inside display cooler less than 4 hours all products recommend to quick chill deli meat. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed large amount of old food crumbs around the edge of the wall also near the flat grill located on cook line. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed large build up of ice on the walk in freezer floor.

Basic - Light not functioning. Observed light burnt out underneath hood system.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed three hood filters has terrible grease accumulation.
