High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cream cheese danish (69F - Cold Holding); spaticopita danish (69F - Cold Holding) both items sitting out on sheet pans on speed rack by front counter, per employee rack was taken out of walk in cooler approximately 4 hours prior, both pans placed in reach in freezer.
