Observed pan of raw chicken sitting on top of container of cooked potatoes. CA: Food shall be protected from cross contamination by storing according to minimum internal cook temperature. COS: Potatoes were discarded.

Observed several employee personal drinks stored on the bar in tumblers and not in a single service beverage cup with a lid and straw. CA: Employee drinks must be stored in a single service beverage cup with a lid and straw. COS: Tumblers were relocated.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Observed chemical spray bottle not labeled with common name of chemical. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. COS: Spray bottle was labeled.

Observed employee wearing watch while prepping food. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Employee removed watch.
