Observed no paper towels at the hand sinks in the main kitchen and bar. COS: PIC placed paper towels CA: Advised PIC hand drying provisions shall be available at hand sinks at all times.

Observed no soap at the hand sinks in the main kitchen and bar. COS: PIC placed soap. CA: Advised PIC soap shall be provided at all hand wash sinks.

Observed clogged floor drain in the main kitchen area at the hand sink and leak at hand wash sink. CA: Advised PIC plumbing systems shall be maintained in good repair at all times.

Observed ice scoop at bar with handle of scoop directly down in ice. COS: PIC moved with handle facing up. CA: Properly store utensils.

Observed prep top cooler and reach in cooler in main kitchen in disrepair. Advised to repair. CA: All equipment shall be kept in good repair.

Observed buildup on equipment. Advised to clean. CA: Non-food contact surfaces shall be kept clean.
