CA: Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.

Observed container of distilled water stored on floor near dry storage. Advised to move minimum 6 inches off floor. CA: Food items shall be stored minimum 6 inches off floor.

Observed employee cell phones, water bottles, and a coffee cup on food prep/storage areas. Advised to relocate. CA: Employee personal items shall be kept in designated area away from food prep/food storage.
