Observed two microwaves (food contact surface) near the cookline with food residue and staining. Advised PIC to increase cleaning frequency.

Observed no permit posted at time of inspection. Advised PIC permit shall be conspicuous to the public.

Observed personal water bottle stored on top of machine dispenser. Observed personal speaker on top of shelving above crock neat the cookline. Advised PIC personal belongings/possessions shall be stored in a designated area/locker.
