Observed employee open beverage stored on the prep counter. COS- beverage was discarded

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed employee using the hand sink to fill pitcher of water. Advised hand sink is only for washing hands.

Observed hand sink with no paper towels available. COS- paper towels were supplied

Observed several pans of food in walk in cooler cooling covered. Advised to put holes in the wrapper to cool properly.

Observed dust on racks where utensils were stored. Advised to PIC non food surfaces shall be cleaned regularly

Observed broken tiles in main kitchen area near walk in cooler. Advised PIC physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair at all times.
