Observed TCS food items (hot dogs & cheesecake) held in two front service reach in coolers measuring above 41 degrees F. COS: PIC discarded. CA: All TCS food items shall be cold held at 41 degrees F or below.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed two front service area reach in coolers holding ambient temperatures greater than 41 degrees F. COS: PIC turned down temperatures on units and ambient temperatures of both reach in coolers feel below 41 degrees F. CA: All equipment shall be kept in good repair and proper adjustement
