Observed plastic lid stored inside hand sink. Advised PIC that hand sinks shall be easily accessible at all ties. COS: Food employee removed plastic lid from hand sink.

Observed cell phone stored on shelving unit where food products are placed. Advised PIC that all personal belongings shall be placed in a designated area. COS: Food employee placed cell phone in a designated area for personal belongings.
