Observed guestroom water temperatures exceeding 120 F. in rooms 227 (121F), 218 (121F). 237 (122F), 101 (123F),219 (132F), and 104 (123F). Advised PIC that guestroom water temperatures shall be exceed 120 F. Advised PIC to decrease the water temperature in the boiler room

Observed staining/food debris in microwaves in rooms 309, 222, 233, 302, 237; observed tears in chairs in rooms 309, 222, and 104. Advised PIC that all bedroom furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean microwaves and replace chairs

Observed staining on bed skirts, pillows, and mattress covers in rooms 302, 227, 237, 101, 309, 222, 233, and 104. Advised PIC that all bedding including pillows, bed skirts, and mattress covers shall be kept clean and in good condition. Advised PIC to replace pillows, bed skirts, and mattress covers

Observed the most recent inspection report no posted in public view. Advised PIC that the most recent Tourist Accommodation inspection report shall be posted in public view. Advised PIC to place the most recent inspection report in public view

Observed staining and debris in showerhead in rooms 101 and 227; observed staining/debris in tubs in rooms 227 237, and 233; observed ventilation fan with debris in room 222; observed slow drainage in sink in room 104. Advised PIC that bathroom fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised PIC to clean all bathing fixtures

Observed no gas-fired equipment inspection report at time of inspection. Advised PIC All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority. Advised PIC to complete the gas-fired equipment inspection by qualified personnel and to submit inspection report to the Health Authority

Observed hairs and stains on lampshade in rooms 325, 301, 226, 106; Observed staining on curtains in room 325; observed staining and rusting in microwave in rooms 133, 232, 226, 210, and 115; observed staining on the exterior portion of the refrigerator in rooms 101 and 310; observed staining on vent in=the kitchenette area in rooms 325, 226, and 133; observed staining in dresser drawers in room 301. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all furniture in rooms listed

Observed staining on mattress covers in rooms 310, 226, 232, 106, 133, and 155 Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all mattress covers in rooms listed

Observed hallway carpet with staining on floors 1, 2, and 3. Advised PIC ll walkways, porches, and hallways shall be maintained in good repair. Only articles necessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment shall be stored on the premises. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean carpets in all hallways in the establishment

Observed staining on bathroom vent in guest restrooms 325, 106, 101, and 133; observed residue and staining on showerhead in guest restrooms 106, 101, 232, 310, and 115; observed staining on bathroom ceiling and walls in guest restrooms 301, 325 and 210. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all guest bathrooms listed

Observed stains on bathroom ceiling for room: 111, 325, 209. Observed debris on bathroom vent unit for room: 209, 237, 328. Observed pink residue on showerhead for room: 237, and room 310 showerhead with debris. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed water measuring above 120 degrees F in rooms 225, 223, 221, 334, &325. CA: Water shall not exceed 120 degrees F in guest rooms

PIC could not produce gas fired equipment inspection forms. Advised PIC must submit by end of week

Observed floors in hallways on 2nd and 3rd floor in need of cleaning as well as stairwells. Also observed debris under beds on floors in rooms 225, 221, 332, 325, & 321. CA: Floors shall be kept clean
