Observed several rooms with hot water exceeding 120*F. CA: Advised PIC Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. PIC has been advised to lower the boiler and provide an update via email to tairyn.broadnax@dph.ga.gov

Observed expired inspection report posted (94/A) . CA: Advised PIC The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed hot water at 126F in room 303, 126F in room 304, 123F in room3 305, 129F in room 218 , 130F in room 225 and 123F in room 209Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Observed debris build-up present along the panel inside the ice shoot during time of inspection. CA: Advised PIC the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed PIC unable to provide annual fire safety inspection. CA: Advised PIC all gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency

Observed expired TA permit posted upon arrival. CA: Advised PIC to obtain and post the most current permit in public view

Observed black/pink debris build-up along the inside of the ice machine. CA: Advised PIC to clean to avoid cross contamination
