Observed a food handler certificated posted in public view. CA: Advised PIC At least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a certified food safety manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an accredited program that conforms to the national standards for organizations that certify individuals. Certified Food Safety Managers must be designated to one food service establishment only and maintain and renew certification in accordance with the requirements of the examination taken.

Observed whipped butter, cream cheese, boiled eggs and French vanilla creamer in the self service area dispenser measuring temperatures above 41*F. CA: Advised PIC time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. COS: PIC discarded all items during time of inspection

Observed facility unable to provide bleach to go along with procedures during time of inspection. CA: Advised PIC A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. COS: PIC purchased EPA registered Clorox bleach during time of inspection
