Observed the following foods stored uncovered: a container of pork and container of sauce on grill; steak, cheese, fish, shrimp, mixed cut peppers in walk in cooler; dried hibiscus in back main kitchen, beans in walk in cooler. CA: Foods must be stored covered COS: PIC covered foods

Observed employee food stored on prep table where food was being prepped, employee food in walk in cooler stored with and above customer foods, employee food stored in reach in cooler with and above costumer foods. CA: CA: Food shall be protected from sources of contamination. COS:PIC moved foods

Observed 4 compartment vegetable prep sink with a heavy water flow leak that leaks excess water onto floor from pipes when in use. CA: A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law and maintained in good repair.
