Observed TCS items in the prep top cooler holding temperatures above 41 degrees F. (see temperatures above) COS: PIC discarded items. Code: time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F or below.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - expired foods (p)
Observed food items stored above the prop top cooler that were to be discarded 5/6 and 5/11. COS: food items were discarded. Code: foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(h) - toilet room receptacle, covered (c)
Observed that the trash cans in the women's restroom were not accessible (flipped over) and do not have a covering. Code: A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
