Observed a brown substance from a soda dispenser nozzle of sprite. Code: All drink station nozzles shall be thoroughly cleaned, and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed TCS items in the steam well with improper time stamps on them. (rice to be disposed by 4/30 at 12:38pm). COS: PIC placed the proper time stamp ticket on food items. Code: food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded.
