Observed containers stacked while wet. COS. Containers unstacked to properly air dry. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be properly air dried prior to stacking.

Observed employee belongings stored with and above single-use items. COS. Belongings moved. CA: Employee belongings and activities shall be in a designated area that prevents contamination.

Observed that the QUAT sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was not at the required concentration. COS. More added. CA: When manually or mechanically ware washing the sanitizer concentration shall be at the appropriate concentraiton.

CA: Food shall be protect from contamination, including contaminants expelled from consumers mouths and noses, and protected from consumers that may be within 8 feet.
